“1 EXCHANGE 1” WITHIN 365 DAYS
1. Effective Period: From January 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025.
2. Program Details:
During the program period, customers purchasing AUX air conditioning products (as per the list of applicable models) will be eligible for the program of "1 exchange 1” within 365 days from the purchase date. This policy applies to products experiencing quality issues due to manufacturer-related component or technical faults.
3. Applicable Product Models:

• AUX Air Conditioner AW13CDA4DI-5VN
• AUX Air Conditioner AW18CDA4DI-5VN
• AUX Air Conditioner AW24CDA4DI-5VN

• AUX Air Conditioner AW18CAA4DI-5VN
• AUX Air Conditioner AW24CAA4DI-3VN
4. Conditions for "1 exchange 1" program:
① The product must be used properly according to the manufacturers’ instructions, in line with its intended function and purpose.
② Faulty products must be evaluated and confirmed by AUX Vietnam's warranty service as caused by manufacturer-related component or technical faults.
③ Customers must provide a purchase invoice proving that the purchase date falls within the program’s effective period.
④ The product's serial number must remain intact and not be damaged or lost.
⑤ The product must be verified as genuine AUX merchandise in Vietnam (based on the purchase invoice and product identification label).
⑥ The purchase date (as shown on the invoice *) must fall within 365 days of the date of exchange.
5. Product Replacement Regulations:
① Returned products must have no exterior damage (e.g., no dents, deformations, etc.) and include all accessories.
② If the required replacement product is out of stock, AUX will provide an air conditioning product of equivalent value as a replacement.
③ After the program of "1 exchange 1" ends, product replacements will follow the manufacturer's standard warranty policy.
④ The warranty period for the replacement product will be calculated from the purchase date of the original faulty product.
⑤ After the replacement, the original equipment and parts will become the property of AUX.
⑥ If the indoor unit is damaged, AUX will replace it with a new indoor unit. If the outdoor unit is damaged, AUX will replace it with a new outdoor unit.
6. Guidelines for Applying for "1 exchange 1":
① Call AUX Vietnam Customer Service Hotline: 18001591 to register your information.
② Visit AUX Vietnam's official website: www.auxair.com/vn and contact the online customer service team to register your information
7. Cases Not Eligible for the "1 exchange 1":
① Products damaged due to customer failure to follow usage instructions.
② Damage to accompanying accessories, consumables, or easily damaged parts, such as remote controls, connection pipes, outdoor unit brackets, indoor unit mounting plates, etc.
③ Damage caused by human actions, such as scratches, dents, deformations, alterations to the product’s appearance, structure, or operational principles.
④ Products that have been disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized service providers.
⑤ Products that are lost, stolen, rented, resold at retail stores, or diagnosed with no faults during inspection.
⑥ Damage caused by force majeure events (e.g., fire, earthquake, flood, storm, etc.).
⑦ Damage resulting from improper installation or repair.
⑧ Project machines where more than 5 units have already been exchanged; replacements beyond 5 units will follow the standard warranty period.

• Standards for identifying engineering project machines:
1. Based on the engineering machine code shown on the warranty card.
2. Installations of 10 or more units at the same address are identified as engineering project machines.
