AUX Air Conditioner (Malaysia) hosted its first nationwide Dealers Conference in Selangor, Malaysia. The event was attended by the Executive General Manager of AUX OBM Overseas Sales Company and core members of AUX Malaysia. This conference marked a significant milestone in AUX's global strategic expansion, drawing attention from numerous dealers, professionals in the industry and media.
Founded in 1986, AUX Group started as a small factory with just 7 employees and a debt of RMB 200,000. Today, it has grown into a conglomerate with over 40,000 employees, spanning five major industries: air conditioning, power utilization, power distribution, new energy and medical service. In 2024, AUX achieved a revenue of RMB 90.2 billion (approximately USD 12.4 billion ). With 14 manufacturing bases and 6 R&D centers globally (including one in Japan), AUX operates in over 140 countries and regions, earning widespread acclaim from global partners and maintaining consistent sales growth.
AUX Air Conditioner has won multiple international design awards, including the iF Design Award and Red Dot Design Award, and holds over 12,000 patents (as of December 2024). AUX was the official air conditioning supplier for the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022. In 2023, it became the top-selling household air conditioning brand in China mass market. In 2024, marking its 30th anniversary, AUX Air Conditioner became the official partner of China Rocket to support aerospace development, aligning its innovative spirit with the technological ethos of the aerospace industry.
2024 was AUX’s first year in the Malaysia market, with sales exceeding 100,000 units. This success can be attributed to four key factors:

Efficient customer management and sales channel operations enabled nationwide coverage within a year, making AUX air conditioners available in all states across Malaysia.

Over 8,000 trained technicians across Malaysia ensure efficient installation and service.
After-Sales Service Commitment:
AUX offers up to 5 years of warranty, covering labor, refrigerant, and on-site service. AUX Malaysia is the only company providing warranty for lightning strikes and other non-human factors, supported by over 200 service centers nationwide.
To deliver high-quality air conditioning products tailored to Malaysian consumers, AUX conducted extensive market research and customer visits. The result was the launch of the C-Series inverter wall-mounted units, designed specifically for Malaysia's climate. These units feature strong cooling performance, low energy consumption, quiet operation, comfort, durability, and ease of installation and maintenance. For instance, the evaporators in both indoor and outdoor units are equipped with anti-corrosion Golden Fins, enhancing durability in Malaysia's hot and humid coastal environment. AUX C-Series Air Conditioner quickly became a best-seller in the Malaysia.
In the second half of 2024, AUX Malaysia introduced the new M-Series wall-mounted units, also inverter models. All M-Series models have received 5-star energy efficiency ratings, significantly reducing electricity costs. Compared to AUX C-Series, AUX M-Series adds the UVC Sterilisation function for cleaner air and includes Wi-Fi Smart Control, as a standard feature, for remote operation via smartphones.
Additionally, AUX simplified the installation process by incorporating a built-in bubble level for precision, and reinforced mounting brackets for easier installation and maintenance.
In terms of marketing and promotions, AUX has continuously optimized its branding and marketing strategies to effectively reach core customer groups in Malaysia. In 2025, AUX Malaysia will strengthen its presence in the local air conditioning market by increasing marketing investments to support promotional activities, exhibitions, technician trainings, in-store promotions, and online advertising, further enhancing brand awareness and market influence.
AUX reaffirmed its after-sales service policy in Malaysia, known as the "3/4/5" warranty policy (applicable to residential wall-mounted and light-commercial ceiling cassette units): 3 years for whole units, 4 years for PCB, and 5 years for compressor (including labor, refrigerant, and on-site service costs).
As the Chairman of AUX Group stated, "Clients are always right. We are unwavering in our commitment to take responsibility if clients are dissatisfied, if their products don’t sell well, or if they fail to profit." To ensure faster, better, and more perceptible high-quality services for global partners, AUX has established six sales companies in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
